Below are three guided messages from the Akashic Records. Take a moment to pause, breathe, and check in with your body. Notice which one feels like it's speaking to you - you may resonate with one or more than one.

Guidance 1
As I tune into this group, I feel a sense of anxiety and jitteriness - like something in you feels untethered from its base. There’s a lack of groundedness that’s allowing fear to circulate through your system.
What’s interesting is that many of you can’t quite name why you feel anxious. There isn’t always a clear worry or story attached - just an underlying sense of unease that shows up across one or several areas of your life.
You may even hear people around you saying things like “just relax” or “stop worrying,” and inside you’re thinking, oh yeah thanks, if only I thought of that.
It feels as though there’s a part of you that’s resistant to going “there” - not because you’re avoiding on purpose, but because when you try to look, your mind goes blank… while your body continues to hold the feeling.
For many of you, this connects to old experiences - moments from the past that were painful, anxiety-inducing, or regretful. Even if you’re not consciously thinking about them, parts of you are still holding the fear of those experiences repeating.
When we gently meet what’s underneath - rather than trying to override it - clarity begins to unfold and your system settles.
Underlying theme
This pattern of anxiety likely feels familiar. But it has reached a point of visibility now - almost like it’s saying, “I’ve been here long enough. It’s time to be addressed.”
This moment is calling you forward to resolution.
How to work with this energy
Bring your attention back to your foundations - the things that hold you.
This might look like:
reconnecting with your body
tending to your routines
slowing down enough to feel yourself again
creating small, steady moments of self-care or inner connection
Your energy is being asked to move out of the mind and back into the body.
Anxiety thrives in mental loops.
Presence lives in the body.
For some of you, intentional physical movement will be especially supportive - not to “burn off” the anxiety, but to allow it to discharge. As you move, stay curious: How does my body want to move? What needs expression right now?
A reassuring note
Just because something feels uncomfortable, sticky, or hard to move through doesn’t mean change isn’t happening - or can’t happen quickly.
Change is constant and this pattern is not fixed.
Often it’s our protective parts - the ones trying to keep us safe - that slow the process. When they’re acknowledged rather than pushed aside, things begin to shift naturally.
What feels big and overwhelming in the mind is very often more workable than it appears.
This doesn’t mean you are behind, it means you are in a moment of re/grounding.
The next two weeks energetically
The invitation is to come back into yourself - into your body, your systems, your sense of being held.
This is a time for meeting what’s underneath without rushing past it.
A moment for grounding, presence and gentle alchemy through attention.
Things are in flux - and that’s okay. Your presence can remain when things are shifting, when your sitting in the unknown - the in-between.

This group carries beautiful visions.
I see ideas, futures, projects, and possibilities that feel alive and meaningful to you. You can sense what you’re here to create - and it excites you.
But for now, much of this is living in the inner world. In the mind. In imagination. In intuitive knowing.
The call here is toward action.
Underlying theme
There’s a subtle form of escapism at play - not in a necessarily harmful way, but in a familiar one.
It feels easier to stay with the vision than to bring it into the physical world, where it becomes real, visible, and vulnerable.
For some of you, there’s an unconscious protectiveness around this vision. It’s precious. There’s an intimacy between you and it. And part of you doesn’t want it touched, shaped, or influenced yet.
This may not be something you’ve consciously recognised - but it’s present.
How to work with this
Begin by acknowledging the protectiveness without trying to change it.
Sit with it. Let it speak.
You might ask:
What part of me feels protective of keeping this vision to myself?
What does it believe will happen if I bring this into the world?
What is it afraid of losing?
You don’t need answers straight away. Awareness is enough to begin loosening the threads.
Closing guidance
You are being invited to take steps toward what matters most to you.
This isn’t about forcing momentum. It’s about allowing what’s close to your heart to begin to take form.
Guidance 3
What you may be experiencing
It feels as though your fire has been dulled.
There’s a sense of heaviness here - a sense of depletion, flatness, or low energy. You just know you feel off.
Underlying theme
The pattern here is one of going through the motions.
One day leads into the next with a similar energy - meh feeding into meh. And while there’s a desire for something to change, the lack of energy makes change feel out of reach.
Here’s the paradox the guidance brings:
The energy you’re seeking will come through movement - not before it.
This doesn’t mean doing everything at once. It means choosing to gently disrupt the pattern.
That may involve:
creating clearer boundaries
giving yourself space
stepping outside your comfort zone
shaking up the energy and doing something different
How to work with this energy
Your creative fire hasn’t gone anywhere.
It can be rekindled with small, intentional actions - a wafting of the flame rather than a dramatic restart (unless that’s what is calling you!)
Zoom out. Widen your perspective. Let yourself see options and pathways you may have been filtering out.
Take a breath. Accept where you are. Set the intention to open to something different.
Then take one small step.
And another.
Momentum will follow.
