From the Akasha: Guidance For The Week of 24th February

(…or whenever these messages find you 〰️ these messages are timeless)

The biggest message to remember is to be gentle with yourself during this time (& always). The energy at the moment can be intense and whilst we move through and navigate the shifts taking place both in ourselves and our world, your greatest foundation will be built in the care and nurturing you find within yourself.

With that said..

Below you will find three channelled messages from the Akasha. Take a moment, breathe, and feel into which message is calling you. ꩜ (this could be one or multiple - follow and trust your intuitive sense, take what resonates and leave the rest.

Guidance 1

What might be stirring for you:

There has been a lot of healing in this group lately, and it may not have looked like that on the surface. On the surface it could have looked like friction, conflict, and limiting perspectives rising to the surface (in some cases that came with the "great, yet again" feeling) but something shifted through this. You approached these scenarios in a different light and it has put you in a different energetic stance with the issues you faced.

This message is a pat on the back, because whatever you were navigating (or may still be in the midst of) has been very positively impacted by you. The only thing we can ever do is the work on ourselves, and in turn this shifts the energy we bring to situations and shifts the situation itself. That is what has happened here. You, or both parties, have approached a pattern or repeating circumstance with a different energy, and this means moving forward, things will be different.

If this has been relationship conflict for you, notice the ways in which you see a different way forward now. You could be very much in the thick of this still, but hold steady in knowing that another way forward is possible. Focus on your energy first, release the pressure of trying to fix or control both sides of the street, focus on your side and notice how it shifts and impacts the whole street.

Gentle ways to work with this:

This group has big relationship energy so I am going to speak to that here. The first step is to breathe. Relationship conflict is never easy and it can really rattle our sense of peace, calm and happiness. Be gentle with yourself, and know that it may not be as big a deal as it feels in your head.

The energy lately has been big and this has had effects on many people, particularly if you identify as highly sensitive. So notice where unnecessary pressure or projections are being placed on the situation, take a moment to sit back and allow things to unfold, give the situation a little breathing room, and bring the energy of calm and peace within yourself. This doesn't mean forsaking boundaries, but being aware of the energy with which you are setting them. We can be firm and calm, strong and respectful, open and still holding our needs.

What to keep in mind over the coming weeks:

I see a really positive shift in your experience as a result of these turbulent times, which you approached in a different way. It's like you are beginning to see the fruits of your labour. Maybe that's choosing to see someone with your partner, maybe that's being more open to communication. Whatever it is for you, you've walked through something that felt tumultuous, a little like dredging through the mud, and you are on the other side.

The key is to continue coming back to yourself, your centre, and how you want to show up through the sticky bits. We often don't acknowledge how much power we have to shift a situation ourselves, because we fall into the belief that we don't know what to do and we can't change anything. This isn't true. You can always change your side. Ask yourself, "If I were to look back and feel really proud of how I showed up in that situation, what would that look like?" And then, my love, follow that.

Guidance 2

What might be stirring for you:

It feels like something falls into your lap this month and through this, a lot comes to the surface around self limiting beliefs. For some there are thoughts around deservingness, questioning whether you worked hard enough for this. For others it feels like "I'm not capable of holding this, I'm not strong enough to walk through this door." However this manifests in your own life, this is an invitation into surrender.

At the deeper layers, there are issues of safety and control coming up. "If I keep myself small I can manage this, if nothing changes I will be safe." These are self-limiting and self-fulfilling beliefs that are keeping you in a loop of lack. The message here is that there is much more available to you and it is time to step into that, to welcome it, to claim it.

When things like this show up it can feel hard to work through. But what I am being shown here is that it is all about perspective and choice. Sitting with the inner stories, untangling them a little, and then choosing to set them down, for no other reason than you don't need to carry them anymore. You are so far out of that place. You have shifted and grown so much that it doesn't have to be hard. It just has to be conscious. You just have to own it, own your choice, own your direction, own what kind of life and opportunities you want to be available for. Own your belief in yourself.

It's easy to play small, hurtful yes, but hard no. Loving yourself into your next direction, that's new, that requires something. It doesn't have to be hard, but it requires you to choose courage and yourself. And if this one hit a little close to home, I hear you and I am with you. ♡

Gentle ways to work with this:

Think about where you want to go, what you want to achieve, what you want to receive from life. Now look at where you are now, the choices you make, the action you do or don't take. What is in the space between these two places? Is it limiting stories, beliefs, questioning of your worth or capability, or doubt in yourself?

Then pull this apart a little. Where did it come from? What am I still holding from long ago? What is ready to loosen its grip and be let go of? And then, what else could be true?

If, for example, you feel you are not capable of achieving your goals, ask yourself: where did I learn that? When did I first feel that? What do I get out of still holding this story? Most likely the answer is that you get to stay in your comfort zone. And from here, what else could be true? I am more than capable. I haven't given myself a chance to see just how capable I am. I have been reflected back by others as capable. I could step outside of my comfort zone, push myself, grow, and find out just how capable I am, one step at a time.

And today, I am going to take the first step. As you journal, ask yourself: what would this look like, and what is an aligned action I can take right now?

What to keep in mind over the coming weeks:

There is a connection here between your physical body and your self-belief. This could be around the food you eat or the way you do or don't move your body. You are invited to treat your relationship with your physicality as something sacred, something that allows you to see your own strength and use it as a doorway to your belief in your own internal strength.

When eating, how do you want to feel? Alive? Nurtured? Supported? Strong? When moving your body, what would it feel like to you push yourself just 10% past your perceived limits in your workout. In doing so, you begin dissolving the shackles of what you thought you could do, of who you thought you were. And you see how easily you can change, because you choose yourself in the moments where it is hard.

Guidance 3

What might be stirring for you:

I see you building something here. For many of you this could be a project related to your work, or for some a new hobby or passion igniting. You really want it to be great, something you are proud of, and I absolutely get that. But in doing so there is a pressure you are putting not only on yourself but on the project itself. A sense of perfectionism that could manifest as being highly critical or as procrastination creeping in.

The invitation here is to bring a sense of ease and lightness back to the creation, to create in flow, in conscious co-creation, in joy. If you see creation as channeling an idea into form, imagine it as a stream of water flowing down. Now imagine a sense of ease, spaciousness, and openness around this stream. How does it flow?

Now imagine a hand closing around that stream. That hand represents pressure, wanting to get it right, making it perfect. Notice the tenseness that these qualities bring as the hand tightens and tightens around the stream and eventually stops it, causing more frustration and stress. Ask yourself, what hand are you bringing to your project? Is it open and allowing, or tense and filled with pressure? At this point, just notice and be aware of this for yourself.

Gentle ways to work with this:

Now that you are aware of the energy you are bringing to this process, ask yourself: if I were to align more fully with the energy of openness and allow this project to flow with more ease, what would that look like? What would I need to let go of? And what would I need to embody more of?

What to keep in mind over the coming weeks:

Remember that creation is a process. We are birthing something, and that takes our energy, time, and resources. It takes us on a journey. Who we are before a project and who we are after are two different people, and that is something to be present for.

Honour the stages of this journey. In our fast-paced world we can want to get to the end so quickly, but it may be the most enjoyable path to be present each step of the way. You may arrive at the end of your creation with so much more than just a completed project, but a deep understanding of what that project shifted in you along the way.

And is this a little deep for talking about bringing a project to life? Maybe. But when we are creating consciously and with our hearts, something that is personal to us, our creations are extensions of our soul and energy into form. And that is something to be celebrated!
