I have trained extensively in multiple modalities such as Holistic Counselling, Internal Family Systems, Akashic Record Facilitation, Intuitive Development, Numerology, Trauma Healing and more. Through my expertise and practical experience I use an integrated approach to create powerful healing and deep transformation.
LIVED EXPERIENCE
Having experienced complex trauma, I can sit with you in the dark, while we anchor in the light. There is no judgement with me, all of you is welcome here. Your system is highly intelligent, I meet you where you are at and tailor our sessions to your own individual needs.
INTUITIVE GIFTS
I was born highly intuitive, although shut down my gifts due to the traumatic experiences I had as a child. When I began healing from this, I experienced a rapid awakening and development of my intuitive and psychic gifts. I now use these gifts to assist my clients on their own healing & empowerment journeys.

I’M SO GLAD THAT YOU ARE HERE.
You’ve come to the right place - there is a reason you are here. And I’ve got a funny feeling it’s because there is a part of you inside, nudging you a little, telling you there is more to life than meets the eye, change is possible, deep connection with your soul and the divine is possible, unshakable self love is possible and I’d love to show you how.
Life wasn’t always this good for me, I’ve had my fair share of dark days. I’ve lived with insecurity, anxiety, darkness and despair.
The extreme effects I experienced from complex childhood trauma and chronic illness seem like a distant memory now, but they were very real. I remember the day my struggles became too much to bear, I was in a dingy flat in East London on my knees begging for help.
And after that cry, that internal prayer to the Divine. I indeed received help. It was like a page turned for me and my life began to rapidly change around me. I was guided to working with different mentors, pulled (literally) into intensive trainings, and my intuitive gifts began to come online like crazy.
My whole world was changing around me, because I had become real with myself and I didn’t want to live in pain anymore. I was willing to face my pain and stop running from it. I became obsessed with healing and gaining as much training as possible as I knew this was my calling - to offer this life changing work to others.
When we use our triggers to shine a light on our internal and subconscious wounding, miraculous healing can occur. We can begin to process deep rooted pain and release limiting patterns keeping us stuck. We can find finally find freedom through healing and aligning to our authentic selves. The Self that is courageous, confident, curious and deeply self loving.
Since that day, my life and my entire being has completely shifted. What I dreamed and longed for back then has come to me, better than I ever imagined. The self love and confidence I wished for is effortlessly here. I am empowered and no longer turn to a million people for advice, people come to me.
I am my own best friend and am amazed (and still somewhat shocked) at how powerful I am everyday. I am deeply aligned to my authentic self and this is the best gift of healing.
