What are Soul Themes?
Soul Themes are themes that our Souls choose to incarnate in each lifetime in order to learn and evolve. Each Soul selects particular themes it wants to explore in order to grow in a conscious way. Soul Themes are the underlying "thread" that runs through our life and influence the situations and experiences we attract. We choose a primary Soul Theme and multiple secondary themes.

Working with Soul Themes doesn't require any specific plan or action. Instead, it's an opportunity to explore an experience or theme that the Soul has chosen to learn about itself. There is no pass/fail grade or particular outcome you're supposed to reach. Instead, the goal is to gain insight, learn, and grow from the experience/theme. These themes could be likened to life lessons, although I choose not to use that frame of reference as they are more like energetic qualities or themes that we explore in any given lifetime.
When a Soul Theme is chosen, it often attracts situations and people that support the exploration of that theme. For example, if your Soul Theme is "confidence," you might find yourself facing situations that challenge your confidence level or that offer opportunities for you to develop more confidence. In this way, the Soul Theme prompts you to explore the issue and learn from it.

Understanding Soul Themes through the Akashic Records
One way to work with Soul Themes is through the Akashic Records. These are the records of our Soul's journeys through time, space, and reincarnation.
